Don began his construction career over 40 years ago as a residential re-modeler and has spent the past 20 years in the Community Association construction arena. He works closely with marketing, sales, and pre-production. His primary objective is to provide a quality product at a fair price and to exceed client expectations.

Freddy has 40 year experience in the Electronics industry. After retiring from Cisco Freddy joined fulltime to oversee office operations, human resources, bookkeeping, purchasing, etc. She plays a significant role in the day-to-day work flow.

Ed oversees the day-to-day Operations for ACS. He is directly involved with all projects from estimating through production. He brings 40 years of construction experience to the company with expertise specifically in the Community Association industry. He is committed to providing excellent service to clients and leadership to our staff.

Liz brings 16 years of Community Association construction experience with an additional background in business administration and management. She oversees company procedures, processes, marketing, production administration, client, vendor, and staff relations, and business analysis. She strives for optimal client and employee experience.
